How to deal with rude people in cyber world and real life?

I am so aggravated by rude people who likes to throw the first insults.
I have good intention with people, I pick my friend cautiously. But no matter how cautious, there must be one people who just show up out of the blue and make a rude interaction with me…talk something that makes my nerve-boiled.
If that thing happened to me, my arm just easily swing and my mouth throwing something, that soo nasty and for sure its more than just profanity.
If I deal with rude customer from my workplace, I dont care 100%.
The things that bothered me, when jerks and losers come into peaceful community and start throwing s**t around us.
But I realized the way I deal with them is even worst than they deeds. I pledge in the name of justice, but my defends is like violent-super heroes…make me same as them…
Because I physicaly strong and verbally capable, I am scare that I can be pretty violent when I am mad, I dont wanna go to jail for that.

Should I be afraid of harassment at my high school graduation?

I’ve heard people shout rude things at some of the graduations in the past, and I’m afraid that this will happen to me. I really want to get out of high school, and I’m excited to graduate, but this is making me dread the actual ceremony. If it happens, I’ll be so ashamed that my parents and family have to hear these things when they just want to be proud of my accomplishments. Has this ever happened to any of you?

The next day even after had to sue if could get them back on such short notice she was meanie.
The closing she was real nasty and was meanie.
An extra few grand and at the closing the first time which wound up costing me an extra few grand and didnt know if wasnt out the next day even after had to sue if could get.
