This is my abusicve ex-husband. We have children together, so I have to talk to him sometimes. Every single time I’m on the phone with him he starts screaming obscenities and yelling about me being a bitch, etc..

Obviously, this is distressing and hurtful as I try to be really fair and nice – Just an indication of how our whole long marriage was. I usually hang up, but this makes him even more nasty the next time.

For example when my brother started going out with his girl they started playing jokes on him (like putting grass on his windshield while he was DRIVING). ive been going through a lot lately and my dad has been a real jerk to me. I’m a good kid Ive never do r drugs I get good grades but he treats me like I’m trash. He yells at me for no reason and tells me offensive comments. Yesterday I left a shirt on the bathroom floor and he flipped out and took away my computer and said I was apig and he yelled at me as if I killed someone and today I told him as a joke he coudnt see my yearbook cuz I looked bad and he grabbed it and told me to shut the f*** up and leave. I get screamed at for the littlest things and I have to always be told I’m wrong he doesnt respect me but I respect him even though I shoudnt. Also I’m really unhappy at my school and I want to transfer and he said to live with it. He’s trying to ruin my life and I don’t even know what I an do about it. I kind of want a phycatrist to talk about my issues but my dad would never let me get one. What do I do? Thank you do much btw
