While I think Paris deserves to go to jail for what she did, the more I read into it and watch the news coverage on it, the Judge seemed like a real jerk to Paris. He should be throwing the Sherriff in there w/Paris.

I think he did it just because it was PARIS HILTON and he was just a jerk because of her Celebrity-ism.
But she does deserve to go to jail.
