I need to get a DL # to complete a trnsfr of title for the DMV, how can I get this w/o talking to the person?

I just want to take my name off of the title of the car, it belongs to my EX BOYFRIEND, and they have taken $$ for the registration out of my paycheck for 2 years now. I finally registered the POS as a Non-Operating vehicle ( i think) but in order to complete the transfer I need to get his DL # and send in the title!! Does anyone know how to get this info? I can’t get in touch with him and don’t know how else to get this done. I do have his SSN, DOB and of course the info on the Title of the car. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give, this guy was a real jerk, and I this is the LAST piece of him that is still in my life. Just want it to be over and done with and DON’T want to pay for the stupid car anymore!
