Dealing with a middle school bus driver that doesn’t think my stop exists?

I rode the bus home today and he didn’t stop at my stop so i told him that he missed it and what did he say he said that it wasn’t a stop so he droped my and another kid off on the other side of a busy intersection my moms going to complain but he also seams like a real jerk what do i do?

I was driving on the left lane doing about 65-70mph in a 55mph zone and saw a car rapidly closing in on my tail. As he closes in (about 1 1/2 in car length), I decided to the switch right lane and give him way. Keep in mind that there were cars in the right lane so I had to clear those cars before I can safely switch to the right.

As I switch to the right lane, he also switches to the right lane as if he was going to attempt to pass me on the right lane. So I swerved back to the left lane to avoid any collision. So the question is, who is the real jerk in this situation? Was it me because I was going too “slow” from his perspective?
